Rules are difficult to translate into action
China finance, tax and operating requirements must become decisions, controls and accountable workflows.
Finance FDE · AI implementation for finance & tax
I’m Li Jun, an ACCA and CTA-qualified finance and tax professional with 20 years of hands-on experience. I help businesses identify where AI adds value, redesign the process, and keep professional judgment where it belongs.

Finance is the foundation. AI redesigns the process. Evidence builds trust.
For international teams in China
China finance, tax and operating requirements must become decisions, controls and accountable workflows.
Head-office standards, local invoices, tax filings and business practices do not always fit neatly together.
A demo may work, but real adoption requires clean processes, clear exceptions and human review.
What I work on
I start with the finance problem—not the tool—and move from diagnosis to a small, verifiable proof of concept.
Finance AI
Map the workflow, rules, exceptions, evidence and risks before deciding what should be automated.
Diagnosis → design → PoCChina operations
Turn local requirements into language and actions that international managers can understand and execute.
China-facing supportCross-border
Structure documents and control points for cross-border finance, export tax rebates and related compliance work.
Professional judgment retainedAreas of expertise
Useful for foreign-invested enterprises, cross-border teams, finance leaders and professional service firms.
01
SOPs, rules, knowledge bases, review points and practical AI workflows.
02
Local compliance realities explained in decision-ready business language.
03
Training, advisory, PoC design and responsible adoption for finance teams.
My approach
Every engagement is grounded in traceable evidence, explicit boundaries and outcomes that can be checked.
Identify the real decision, bottleneck and cost of the current process.
Separate repeatable tasks from exceptions and professional judgment.
Run a bounded PoC, review failure cases and only then decide what to expand.
About Li Jun
I work where finance expertise, cross-border complexity and practical AI implementation meet.
My professional foundation is in enterprise finance and tax, including foreign-invested businesses, cross-border operations and export tax rebates. My current focus is Finance FDE: helping organizations decide where AI should enter finance, how the workflow should change and where human accountability must remain.
I do not sell generic AI demonstrations or promise unverified results. I document real cases, reusable methods and what still needs to be tested.
